Stuck at Initializing

Update is stuck on initializing for World of Warcraft retail (worked fine for classic).
Same with everyone in my guild.
I wondered what was being patched, so I clicked on the Patch Notes link and the most recent patch notes it showed me were for Patch 8.3
So I clicked on View all patch notes to see something that is actually from shadowlands. And the link is broken. You are literally a multi-dollar company. What a disgrace.

And instead of an option to actually contact support, you make me come here to make a forum post.

I’ve been stuck at Initializing for 45 mins. I’ve restarted my computer and the app multiple times. This is crap

cant do anything reinstall battle net and yea waste of time

I fixed it by getting a copy of wow.exe from someone (your updater deleted it). Reinstalling the game did not even do anything. You owe me 2 hours work.
