Still having issues with Battle.net

I have deleted everything, reinstalled, rebooted. Turned off my security programs. Ran scans to make sure there is nothing there. Reinstalled battle.net. I don’t have anything set for the administrator. I’m still geting errors saying Battle.net Agent Went to Sleep

BLZBNTBNA00000005. I have done everything. Nothing works. It won’t download WoW, but is fine for Diablo IV and III.

In most cases, disabling antivirus apps does not prevent their interference with downloads from Bnet.

The solution is to remove the antivirus and find one that updates their definitions with more regularity.

You commented in another thread about a license issue, which requires a resolution from Blizzard.
