Have you played Clash Royale yet? Personally, I believe that Starcraft 3 should be similar. Not necessarily a TCG. To use it on things like Chrome OS or any mobile devices. Because, I have played over 5K games of Hearthstone. And, I wish I could play Starcraft on my phone.
Except, there can be no economic damage to the opponent. Or supply limits. None that I can think of. Blizzard might think of a way to integrate the resources, or the supply count.
