After recent update 3 free characters that are free to play and develop up to lvl 15 in terms of updates and up to lvl 1000, went back to being lvl 5 which takes away crucial upgrades of their skills. As I see in a game description, those 3 basic characters were meant to remain free and updateable. How to solve it?
