Why a low SR limits me from playing a particular role even with my own team?
Keeping aside balancing reasons etc. if a player isn’t allowed to play with his/her own team mates then how do you expect people to stick on? A game like Overwatch, much like Counter Strike, is best relished when played with own team members, members you have good coordination with. But your SR restrictions even between teams is a HUGE deterrent for such a game. In case you need further explanation of the scenario, feel free to reach out to me. You messes up the very fundamental of a team based game. Looking forward and hoping you fix it soon.
