I just purchased Diablo 2 resurrected via the Spring Sale; When I go to the “all games” tab and direct to Diablo 2 Res, it says it is “in my library”, however when I go to “my games” it’s no where to be found.
There is history of the purchase on my Battle.net account on the website, but again, the game itself is no where to be found.
Anyone having this issue currently? or have experienced this in the past?
I’m having the same issue with Avowed. bought the game and payment went through but it’s not in my list of games and when i go to Avowed on bnet it takes me to the shop menu saying that it is already “In Library” and i have no way of installing the game. tried reinstalling bnet but it didn’t help.
Having same issue with Diablo II Resurrected, purchased at Spring Sale. Hopefully nothing related to the recent DDOS on Bnet (though I purchased it after the DDOS indicator disappeared from Bnet).
SOLVED ! Guys i found the solution, logout your battlenet and right on top the login screen click on the engine change the region to Europe. that might resolve (worked for me)

We are aware of the issue and have opened an investigation. I did see someone state logging out of the app and signing into a different region worked for them. I would recommend trying that for now.
If swapping regions provides you an install button please try swapping back to your normal region before installing to see if the install button pops up there. If people could update this thread with that information it would be great!
Swapping to a different region will have the Install button appear, but swapping back to my original region afterwards will revert back to the button missing.
