[Spectrum, Charter, TWC] FLUXX - Agent/Install Issues

Going to bump this thread with exact same problem except I am on Charter/Spectrum in the US Midwest.

Hey, FLUXX! I moved you over to a new thread so that we can work with you on this and see if any other Spectrum/Charter users may report the same issue. We are aware of some Spectrum issues with Netgear routers causing issues with StarCraft II, but outside of this, there are no known issues with Spectrum at this moment.

Does the same issue occur on an alternative connection?

Let’s gather a WinMTR file until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
