The Battle.net launcher has been unable to load the home page for three days in a row, after trying to load it says “Something went wrong… Unable to load content from the server. Click the button below and try again.” Trying to click on the refresh button does nothing, as well as reinstalling the Battle.net launcher, or even running the program as an administrator :frowning: The only thing that helped me was manually logging into my account, but it’s annoying to manually enter the password all the time, please fix it Blizzard.

I got some issue like u a couple of weeks ago al was fine by me

I have the same issue. It seems like the Battle.net app is not automatically logging back into the ‘SHOP’ portion of the app when it’s reopened. After I login to the ‘SHOP’, go back to ‘GAMES’, then everything will reload just fine.

Dude this works too, but Blizzard needs to fix this bug!!!

Damn, some topics with this problem were created back in March last year, this is very alarming to me … Can’t Blizzard even answer about this bug? :frowning:

same as everyone here i have this problem too, tried deleting temp folder and reinstalling the app but it stay the same, the only solution that work is login manually, hope someone at the support team take a look on this issue.

PD (the issue started for me yesterday after the maintenance)

  1. Close open Blizzard programs.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
  3. Click the Processes tab.
  4. If agent.exe is running—or Blizzard Update Agent in Windows 10—select it and click End Process.
  5. Navigate to the folder containing the cache directory:
  6. Press Windows Key+R to open the Run dialogue.
  7. Type %ProgramData% into the Run field and press Enter.
  8. If a Blizzard Entertainment folder exists in the directory, right-click it and select Delete.
  9. Restart the Battle.net desktop app and relaunch the game.

Yep. Same here. Logged in and it just magically started working again. Blizz must’ve done something. Woohoo!

i started my app again and closed now all works well for me too seems working back for now.
