Someone denied my access instead of resolving my ticket?

I wrote a ticket requesting assistance to which someone responded with something completely unrelated to my problem then closed my ticket.

When I clicked the button that said “I still have a problem” and noted I had included a screen shot to assist and save any confusion I now get “Access denied” when trying to access blizzard support.

I spent $50 on the faction change which has caused this issue and you were okay to take my money but now you wont fix the problem?

Is this the level of support we can expect when experiencing issues with your game moving forward?

My issue still remains unresolved and unless youre going to refund me my money I expect it to be fixed.

That’s not something that’s typical, rylux.

Try using the support site from a different browser, and/or a different internet connection (wired, wireless, hotspot, phone data network, etc.)
