Try the steps above. The app may be blocked on the network you’re trying to access it from.
tried to login to battle.net. Still not able to connect. Proceeded with [Continue Offline]. Started Overwatch and logged in from there. Working !
Overwatch is playable Online while Battle.net says Offline.
