I can not whipser anyone in Diablo 4 that is not on my friends list
* While trying to trade, I can post in the trade chat but when someone responds by whispering I can not whisper back. (I see error message with code 7000) -
In Rumble, I can not join a Clan
* The Guild Masters do not see the request to join and I can not join one even if it is open
