There is a problem for over a month at getting an SMS in Israel. The carrier is wecom (aka we4g). Many attempts were done here and there, including numerous tickets being sent, however the problem still remains. I’m leaving it here since it was the last thing the wonderful support could reply with.
Maybe you can change the telephone provider.
