Sms problem? please help?

Yo guys

i recently created a new Battle.net account and attempted to add my phone number for verification. I am using the correct phone number, including the proper country code (+420 for Czech Republic), and I have verified that it is accurate.

i am not receiving any SMS message with a verification code. I have already tried multiple times, and now the website says there have been too many attempts. I also tried the process from a different phone, but the issue remains the same.

my phone has a strong Wi-Fi signal, is not in airplane mode, and is not set to Do Not Disturb. The number is fully functional and verified—I can receive SMS from other services without any problems.

what am i supposed to do at this point? i reached the maximum limit of requests for the sms to send, any help on what should i try? i already wrote a ticket and no answer, but i think they will tell me something like keep trying but we will see, yall have a nice rest of your day

(btw, the category is random, they have a few to select and none of them match my problem)

Your statement leads me to believe you’re trying to use a virtual number, which I don’t think will work with Blizzard’s system.

That’s because phone verification is not something that volunteers or Blizzard’s staff can assist with. I imagine Executives at Blizzard chose the system they use for verifying numbers, and that’s the end of the story. If a number doesn’t work, no one here or in Customer Support can bypass that issue.
