Same problem, i wrote to support and they said to send them screenshot of problem. day after no answer
Same I can’t play cod mw3 because of this issue. I wish they will solve this issue soon.
same issue,payed $100 for mw3 that i can’t even load up due to this sms block
It looks like lot of cod mw3 battle.net users are facing this similar issue. Hopefully they fix this problem soon.

This problem will probably not be solved. It’s too difficult for them. We bought the game for almost $100 and what happened in the end? We can’t enter the game just because of the stupid SMS confirmation.
