On April 29th, I made two purchases on DI, buying one bundle on each occasion. One of these bundles contained some eternal orbs. Four days have passed since I made these purchases and the transactions are listed as ‘completed’ under my transaction history. However, I am still unable to access or use these orbs to make in-game purchases.
I have tried to spend the orbs countless times at the crests vendor and at the market over the past four days, but each time I have received a ‘shop unavailable due to pending transactions’ notification and have been barred from using them. This is extremely frustrating. I have scoured the forums and contacted game masters numerous times, trying to troubleshoot and find a solution to the problem. I have tested every suggestion I have found from these sources, trying everything recommended in the forums (waiting, logging in/logging out) and those that GMs offered me when I submitted tickets (clearing caches, deleting cookies, trying the game on different devices). I have even re-downloaded and repaired my client, which took hours.
And, yet, the issue persists. In my most recent interaction with a GM, he suggested I submit the issue as a bug report because we appear to have exhausted all other options, to no avail.
This issue has already happened to me 2-3 times before, but on those occasions, the issue resolved itself within 48-72 hours. Not this time. This has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my gaming experience and I am seriously considering packing the game in due to the massive inconvenience caused by it, unless the issue can be resolved soon or I am compensated for it somehow. This is becoming a joke. If I spend money on a product, I expect that I should be able to have access to and use that product within a reasonable timeframe, especially in a game where the effects of a purchase should be pretty much instantaneous once security checks have been passed. I can also see this is an issue many others repeatedly deal with. I have never had a problem with game mechanics or anything like that, but this issue is equally as exasperating in my eyes. Fix this, for the love of god, so I can get back to playing a game I really quite enjoy, otherwise I will delete the game and move onto other game providers whose transaction system isn’t completely useless.
