Been trying to buy something on the store, have been in a queue and it starts off at something like “you are 4,356th in line” then jumps up to 10k then down to 2k then up to 16k 20k etc etc
Surely if you are in a queue the number should just go down?

1 1/2 hours ago I was position 200 with a waiting time of probably 2 minutes. Now I am position 23000.
So I never had to beg anywhere to buy something.
Edit: Now it’s already 32000 - omg!

Edit: in the space of around 25minutes ive went from 700th and 3min wait time to 35,746th and 11 minute wait time with it just increasing with every auto-refresh
Wouldn’t be so bad if you could buy Blizzard PC titles from ANYWHERE else but nope, their store is the only place I can buy this. just went down to 160th, and climbing again. YaY
Yea seems like it’s a fake waiting list, shop is probably down, I have also been waiting for more than an hour. got down to 300th place, but right after 15s refresh jumped up to 10000th .
Just had a response to my ticket. They’re aware of the issue and are currently trying to resolve it. Said just wait in the que and hopefully should be brought to the store soon
