I did try to visit the wow TWW shopsite but it just shows the spinning blizzard logo. other pages like d4 vessel of hatred are working without any issue.
i did try the desktop app, chrome, firefox all 3 on 2 different pcs. i also did try the bnet app on my phone with wlan and 4G in each case its just the spinning battlenet logo
I’m having the exact same issue. Tried contacting blizzard about it and they just told me that the page is working.

Same issue for me as well. I just hit level 70 and wanted to buy the newest expansion, but maybe not? haha

Small addition. in the event console i see 4 errors while loading the affected site

The First 3 comes instant and the last after some seconds.
To troubleshoot the WoW: The War Within shop page not working, check your internet connection, try a different browser or device, clear your browser cache and cookies, check the Blizzard status page, and contact Blizzard support if necessary.
Like mentioned in the first post that is already done.
EDIT:
Today with the Bnet client update the issue is fixed, now i can access the pages again.
