Just bought diablo 2 resurrected for me and my wife but the gifted copy never showed up. Did it yesterday and the order shows as completed, but I can’t find anything in her email or battle net account. The support says to check I sent it to the right person but I can’t find anyway to check who it send to. The email confirmations don’t list who it was gifted to and there is no gifting history.
For how long battle net has been around it seems to be missing a ton of features to help track things. Kind of sad considering how long it has been around. Is gifting messed up right now? Anyone else having trouble?
