I love this rune but its definitely bugged. I figured out if you pop a potion like fortitude or whatever you have active that it resets the wolfs. Don’t waste an incense use the cheaper potions. Hope this helps !
Maybe they can fix this for real lol. From other post over 30days old this might be only way to use it consistently.
I use for my sorc they are great for cold dmg and to add more vulnerable to my attacks.
