Anyone coming from diablo 3 will know the issue.
However, xp and loot drops are lackluster in rifts, needs buffed. Not everyone is going to purchase crests, indeed the majority of players won’t. Game has suprised me with its play ability but end game is nothing like normal diablo games.
Not to mention the prices are to high, I cannot imagine that working well once the influx has worn off.
