I paid 6 months of wow and I still did not receive the reward, I tried to contact the wow support and I did not have any clear answer
Are you trying to get the Sprite Darter Transmog?
That comes with a 6 month Subscription. There are several ways to pay for WoW game time.
- A re-occuring subscription that is set up in your Account Mgt for a specific license.
- A block of game time that is purchased on the Shop for x months.
- WoW tokens that can be bought for gold and redeemed for game time.
Those are all considered separate products/services. The one that qualifies for this is the first - the 6 month Subscription.

You don’t have to let the Sub auto renew - once the Sub has billed (give it a good solid week to be sure) - you can go back in and cancel the renew part of the sub. That way you are sure you only pay for the 6 months.
