Need some help from ya Blizzard. I submitted a ticket, got a response from a GM and advised of steps to provide some documents and information.
In the ticket, however; there is nowhere for me to “reply” as the GM told me to. I have since, sent another ticket with the information requested from the first ticket, but do I have to wait another 8 days for a response to the response? lol
