I’m getting frequent disconnects in the app that then disconnect me in game. They happen every 5-10 minutes. They only last 10-20 seconds and then BN reconnects. When it happens BN content vanished from the main screen with a loading error and it shows my account as attempting to connect. All other internet services keep working, streaming music on the same device keeps playing, no other devices in the house get disconnected from the internet. I’m running it on a PC with a wired Ethernet connection.
I’ve tried launching WoW and then closing BN but still get disconnected from the game.
I’ve run the repair function on BN, completely uninstalled and reinstalled both BN and WoW from scratch, run WoW with all addons off. Still having issues. It makes WoW unplayable. I’ve been playing since BC and this is something I’ve never experienced before.
