I would like to know if it’s possible to remove my D2 license key (cd key) linked to this account ?

From what i know, the cd key is not linked to the account (unless there is a ban issue i guess). You can install a copy of D2 on any computer using the same cd key, and the only limitation is that there can’t be two copies of the game with the same cd key playing at the same time on battle.net.
