Im trying to remove my authenticator after getting a new phone, i type in my phone number to verify it with sms but after i type my phone number and i recieve the sms with the code the next page just says
" Something went wrong on our end
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later."
ive been trying this every day for a week now and it still just says the same every time, i made a ticket and responded to all the questions the ask and provided a image on my ID.
can you please fix the support website when im trying to verify with the sms function?
