Removing authenticator loop

So I lost my phone and phone number last year. Now I cannot login into my account. When I write a ticket, I got an email from Blizzard asking for more information. But in order to input the information I need to login to access the ticket (you cannot reply to the email directly). So now I am stuck. Any advice?

Write a new ticket and, in the new ticket, provide the ticket number of your first ticket… so that Blizzard can link the two tickets. Then provide the answers to their questions.
