I literally need my authenticator from my old phone removed to access account. Been waiting all day for help and nothing. I seriously need like 30 secs to fix this.
You need to wait on your ticket as that is the only way to get an Authenticator removed.
In the future. If you have the Digital one you can write down the Restore Code and Serial number. That lets you put the Auth on a diff phone if yours is replaced or has a software reset.
You can also set up the Blizzard text service which also lets you remove an Auth yourself.
If you don’t have those things in place you have to wait on a ticket after providing ID.
