REMIX : Anyone else getting scaling issues past level 60?

I’ve been levelling several toons through Pandaria remix, and in every case, just past 60, they go from engines of destruction to paper planes. Suddently trash mobs are two-shotting my very well geared toons.

Anyone else having this issue ? Any tips on how to navigate this ?
