Reinstalled Hearthstone after a large break (several years)

Hi there.

I’ve been redirected here by Customer Support.

I’ve been playing Hearthstone in-an-out since 2014 or so (Season 1 red pandaria skin) . I’ve reinstalled recently after a large break (several years)

I’ve noticed that many items are missing from my profile.

  • solo adventure progress (eg naxramass)
  • golden hero portraits (uther, rexxar, shaman and more)
  • card backs (I had quite a few, e.g. red pandaria was my go-to)
  • offered me a free arena ride as if it was my first time
  • unlocked stuff for the 1st-time log in like HOTS card back and iOS card back (unlocked ages ago)

how can I get back my trinkets? Thanks

Then, they are as confused as you are by the complexity of the forums.

This forum is for technical support on Blizzard’s Legacy Games:

  • Diablo II (2000) and its expansion Lord of Destruction;
  • The games in the Blizzard Arcade Collection such as the Lost Vikings and Rock N Roll Racing;
  • Battle.Net editions of Diablo I, Warcraft: Orcs and Humans & Warcraft: II.

Finally, I will say that the problem you describe has also been reported on the Europe-region Hearthstone forums (in Technical Support).

True, it was quite sus seeing only threads related to Diablo II and such.

But then again, with so many things surrounding Blizzards lately I’ve suspended my disbelief.
