how convenient it is that every other link on your website is working including sending you to the activision support page, but not that refund page. oh no you cant have that working now can you. you cant accept that people are tired of your trash company and the garbage you spill out. you dont want to lose any money but you try to force your consumers to spend whatever they can. get it working or i will update my report to the BBB and have them actually do something about it. trash.
Well, JokeRWilD614, that would be because there isn’t an issue with the webpages themselves displaying. However, there is a current issue that is affecting some of the self-service support tickets.
That cleared up, despite all the knee-jerk conclusions you’ve jumped to, the known issue is currently being looked into. For now, it’s best to give Bliz some time to sort it all out, then try the refund again later.
As for the BBB, all they will do is contact Bliz to inquire what the issue is. As soon as the BBB learns that there is a current technical issue that’s being worked on (and not some conspiracy to money grab from customers), that will be the end of it.
