I tried 3 times to request a refund for Diablo IV (I bought it and never installed as I realized it doesn’t work on Mac).
3 tickets that are marked “It needs a manual revision, please open a ticket”.
I can’t reply to the ticket and if I issue a new one I end up in the same place.
There isn’t a single email I can use, it only allows to use this automated system that clearly doesn’t work.
