Receiving AI Response to Payment Issue

So I purchased a WoW subscription from the battle net shop. I got a confirmation email stating my purchase had gone through. Money was deducted from my account but no sub.

I didn’t select the wrong account.

Problem is, I received what seems like an AI response that wasn’t even remotely correct. It stated that the transaction hadn’t occurred and it was showing as failed on my transaction page. This isn’t true. There is no record on my transaction page (failed or otherwise).

The ticket response read:

"I understand that you got the confirmation for the subscription for your WoW1 account and the money was deducted from your account but it’s not showing on your transaction. Don’t worry, I’ll investigate regarding this matter and get this resolved for you.

Right now I do see that there was a Transaction for the WoW subscription on your WoW1 account but this order failed, you can now see it on the Transaction History page.

It seems that the bank didn’t allow this transaction and they have held the money back, which means that the money is most likely back into your bank account.

I would recommend you to reach your bank regarding the money.

This does not seem like it was written by a real person. It’s disjointed and incorrect.
