Blizzard should add different ways of getting extra rank % because it is currently just annoying. I can go 40 and 7 and diff the enemy team and still gain only a small percentage. My suggestion is to add POTG % bonuses, have your endorsement level give you a xp boost depending on your level (1-1%, 5-5%), saving players on support or your K/A/D should count towards rank %. They should also consider how useful your ultimates were.
