Rank reset in Black Ops Cold War

While playing Black Ops Cold War, my rank reset from Prestige 15, Level 231 to Prestige 15 Level 182. Why did this happen and can you look into this and fixed? PC platform

Hey Word52,

Outside of the store, installing and patching, Blizzard has no involvement in the CoD game since they all belong to Activision. For all in-game support, you’ll need to contact Activision support.
