Quests of Ashwold Not Appearing/Spawning

I have been hunting at Lords’ Rest area trying to complete Quests of Ashwold but to no avail.

Both A Lost Treasure and Almost Dinner is not triggering/spawning. Only Arcane Secrets keep appearing. Please fix this bug. Thank you.
