The Empowered Battle Pass cosmetics should NOT be bound to a single character.
Right now I have the set for my Barbarian but for my Crusader I am unable to get the set. All other characters I make will be unable to acquire the set as well, even if I play on another server.
For something that is purchased using real money, this should not be limited to a single character when it is unable to be used across all your characters.
