hi, i recently purchased black ops cold war on battle net, payment was successful , installed the game, and all 4 options on the menu are locked, when i pressed on one (for exemple multiplayer) it says i need to purchase the game, i click on purchase, and it says: good news, you already own this product. i’ve tried reinstalling 3 times, nothing works, i paid 60 euros, and the game does not work… any help please?
