Purchased Cold War, can't play, help?

hey all!

Bought the game on PC last night, payment went through, website says order is complete, yet when I boo the game up it still says purchase and won’t let me play, any fix ideas?

Hey there!

Lets try this:

  1. Completely exit the Blizzard Battle.net application
  2. Right-click the system clock and select adjust date/time
  3. Ensure the system is set to automatic, then click “Sync Now”
  4. Reopen the application

If this does not work please also try deleting the app’s cache files, and changing the account password.

having the same problem

Same thing here. Purchased Cold War, but within the menu its stating that I need to still buy it… If I click purchase it says “No Store Items Available”
