Purchase battle pass old pc did not sync in my new PC

i have my order number for my purchased battle passed but. it didnt sync to my new PC i dont know what to do please help all accnt is same.

Your Battlepass would be tied to your Battlenet Account. If your purchase has completed (check your transaction history to see if it is still pending), then you should be able to claim it on your Battlenet account.

ANY computer you log in to with your Battlenet account has the same access. Be sure to use the exact same email/password as on your other computer.

If you use similar addresses, be sure you are not using the wrong one. email123.gmail vs email 123.othermail for example. Many people have more than one.
