PTR / Patch-related namespaces

Hi,

is there a way to receive PTR / future-Patch-related responses from the Blizzard WoW Game API?
For example this https://eu.api.blizzard.com/data/wow/journal-instance/?namespace=static-11.1.7_61131-eu gets data from the current patch (even though the current patch is 11.1.7_61609 as of writing, but it is sent by the response from the API).
I’ve already tried namespace=static-11.2.0_61871-eu which is the current PTR build, but getting a 403 Unauthorized.

No we get data as it goes live no prt items or future items are on the api
