Problems with app / No customer support in Poland

Hello. I have a problem with the battle net app and chat. While playing a game (no matter which one), the same message from a friend that I receive in the game also appears in the battle net application on PC and in the battle net application on the smartphone… Why can’t it appear only in one place? No sense. Besides - messages in the phone app always make a sound and I can’t turn it off. I have the “sounds in the application” option turned off, but the sound appears when I have the application turned off and a notification comes.

BTW: I am contacting the English support because unfortunately it is NOT POSSIBLE to contact the Polish support. Despite the words “contact support 24/7” etc., no matter what problem I choose in the ticket, I am always directed either to help articles or to the community forum. It is never possible to contact support!!! This is some mockery. If the articles helped, I wouldn’t be looking for help any further. How is the “community” supposed to help me? Other people also have similar problems and don’t know the solutions either. Your GMs have been absent from the forums for many years. And actually no one writes on forums anymore, there have been unanswered topics for several months… And this is what players get by paying for games that are defective and cannot even receive help!! And you wonder why less and less players respect you and play your games, since you don’t give a damn about players.
