Good morning,
I moved from Poland to UK 2 years ago and I forgot to change my account details in time. My polish details are not current. But the thing is, I don’t remember my polish number and I can’t confirm this number. Could you guys give me a link where should I text about that? This is forum, so I’m not sure that topic fits here, I need to text with a real person from a help battle.net center, not a bot.
I have no idea how could I text with a real person, this help policy here is broke, what the hell is this? I need to give them my passport to change my acc details, this is a game portal or government website? lmao
If your passport is the only valid photo ID that you have… yes, you need to provide a scanned copy of it… see this support article for details on what’s needed:
Don’t forget to delete the scan from your hard disk after you’ve submitted it.
You cannot text nor phone nor e-mail Customer Support – it’s all done through tickets.
Try this link here:
https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/services/316/638/solution
If that doesn’t work… try the “catch all” link: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/322/ticket
You will need to put a lot of details and you can attach upto 4 files… you will need to provide enough info to convince the Game Master that you are the legal owner of the account… see this post here:

Good luck !
