If the install or update gets stuck, this typically indicates another program causing a conflict (such as security software) or permission problems.
Make sure you are running the installer as Admin and then disable or temporarily uninstall security software if that doesn’t help. You can always reinstall the security software afterwards once this is resolved.
Don’t install it. Blizzard is evil
