Hi, i would like some help.I’m trying to create a new account but it keeps giving me an error at the end.How can i do it?
I tried to clear the cache,change the connection and nothing, always the same problem, please help me. invalid value 60217e27e947ef615.8036588805

My boyfriend was creating the Battlenet account to play Diablo 4. But at the last part where you do the human verification it crashes with an error

Has your boyfriend tried the troubleshooting suggested in:

If that doesn’t work, your boyfriend should contact Blizzard Support with a ticket and provide the “invalid value” code; he can use the link provided for that purpose in the Support note I linked above.
