Hi, I haven’t used my account over a year. After installing the app on my phone, it asks me to confirm via the authenticator. But I can’t do that because I haven’t logged in yet…So I don’t have access to the authenticator yet. I have my recovery code and serial number, but they don’t work when I enter them. How can I remove the authenticator before logging in? Can anyone help?
