pre purchased diablo 4 ult edition 2 days ago its installed and in my library says the order status is complete and everything but the money for the game just went back into my bank account im worried about my pre order bonus lol

You will need to contact Blizzard Support with a ticket; this type of issue cannot be addressed on the forums.
Use this link, fill in the info requested, put as much details as available in the Description box, and click on the Submit button. You should get a ticket number – write it down so you can refer to it if needed.
