I am an admin of a group for years but see new members cannot register their Battle.net accounts because they’re asked for postpaid numbers. But in my country, most people use prepaid number and yes, they’re registered with their citizen ID so they’re not burner SIM.
Although I know VN is not a large market, your policy needs to be flexible for different countries because you’re losing players here.
