Please solve the problem

The last player who posted about this issue got his post locked by Blizzard – The game is currently unplayble due to some malicious users – probably because there’s nothing that can be done about it by the Customer Support Staff. This needs to be looked at by the developers and the only way to do that is to keep reporting it in Classic General Discussion - Diablo 2 Resurrected Forums .
