Your LFG Mythic interface is seriously flawed for years. Please spend the time to improve it. It is horrible to have to search for all +2 instances and then click on each one to sign up and wait for a group to admit you, then have to do it again, and again, until someone admits you to a group, and then have to refresh the list, and do it all over again until you succeed, not to mention the incredible amount of mouse clicks that we have to perform to do this. it is much better for a user to just input in the +level they want to join, then specify any instances they are interested in joining, and then add their search criteria to a queue and get notified when someone accepts them to a group. Otherwise, users have to waste the next 30 minutes or longer repeating the process I just described. What happened to the concept of enhancing the user experience? Every interface you design should be designed with the purpose of providing a better user experience. Your LFG Mythic interface is horrible and it shows you don’t care about your players wasting their time or about enhancing their user experience. It has been flawed for years. Please invest some of the money we pay for this game to improve your interface, so we, the people who pay for playing the game, do not have to waste our time needlessly. It seems to me Blizzard stopped caring about investing money in improving the user experience and only cares about new content to generate more revenue. This could be a much better game if you focus on the things that matter to users, such as time saving features that don’t waste our time because your interfaces are so old and outdated and don’t take into account the user experience. Oh yeah, and what is up with the double click to sign up for a mythic also? What horrible UI.
