The guys name is cuedotcom and it was in game 2024-04-01 190913 Garden of Terror. Check the chat logs in game and you will see the proof. I have reported in game but nothing ever happens there so here I am.

Unfortunately they don’t care. They us an AI program for everything now and nobody in the way of a real human reads anything or does anything.
